Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform basic pipefitting, drain clearing, and fixture repairs
- Prepare job sites and organize tools/materials efficiently
- Conduct preliminary system diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain clean work areas and professional client interactions
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certifications (company-sponsored)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
