Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications

- Maintain clean, organized job sites to ensure optimal workflow
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under certified supervision
- Conduct quality assurance checks to meet building code requirements
- Document daily progress and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude with power tools and construction equipment
- Reliable transportation to job sites across King County
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
