Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing operations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment functionality
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized job site
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
