Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with skilled trades on residential and commercial builds
- Adhere to blueprints and project specifications for flawless execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites to exceed client expectations
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in operating power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurement
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
