Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and set up the work area.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the construction site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Physical Tasks: Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
