What You Will Do
As a Construction Laborer, you will support our skilled tradespeople in various on-site activities. Your primary focus will be assisting with the efficient and safe completion of construction tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site operations.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the foreman.
- Help with concrete pouring, framing, or finishing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long hours.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
