Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely.
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
