Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites and dispose of waste materials properly
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support skilled trades with basic tasks as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and various weather
- No prior experience necessary—training provided
