Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks and site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the job site.
- Clean and maintain the work area to ensure safety standards are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Support skilled tradespeople with daily duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
