Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and project phases.
- Operate heavy machinery, forklifts, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Willingness to travel to various construction sites within Colorado Springs.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
