Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the site.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks such as cleaning work areas, mixing concrete, or assisting with basic carpentry or painting under supervision.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized work zone.
- Communication: Follow instructions from site supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous construction experience is a plus, but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on feet for long hours.
