Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.</li><li>Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.</li><li>Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, lifting, and cleaning.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Perform minor repairs and general site maintenance as directed by supervisors.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.</li><li>Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.</li><li>Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.</li><li>Basic understanding of construction safety practices.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li></ul>
