Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and supplies.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours a day (standing, bending, lifting).
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
