Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including excavation, site preparation, and demolition.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with site foremen and other team members.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions as required.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work on feet for long hours.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands arise.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
