Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and holding materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Read and understand basic instructions and blueprints.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Ability to lift items weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
