Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling.
- Communicate effectively with foremen, crew leads, and other team members.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
