Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials on the job site.
- Assist with digging, excavation, and general site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, or cleaning duties as directed.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but training is provided.
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
