Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, grading, and moving heavy debris.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long durations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
