Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation and debris removal
- Handle, load, and unload construction materials safely
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support carpenters and other trades with task-specific duties
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
