Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Clean and prepare job sites to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support the project timeline.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor including heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
