Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read simple instructions and communicate effectively with team leads
- Support various construction phases including framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Adapt to changing project demands and weather conditions
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
