Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts, etc.) with proper certification
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installationMaintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and formwork
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Class B CDL license preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Experience with power tools and hand tools
