Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment securely.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and hand tools under supervision to assist with construction tasks.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, with daily duties.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Site Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance tasks and ensure the job site remains safe and accessible.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Great opportunity for beginners looking to break into the construction industry.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
