Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting forms.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform minor measurements, cuts, and fitting of materials as directed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we will train you!
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus.
