Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by removing debris and adhering to site regulations.
- Perform general site cleanup and preparation for upcoming work.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not always required.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus, but we train the right candidates.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
