Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and site preparation.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to the work site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of a foreman.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint reading.
- Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades personnel.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction labor is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
