Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction equipment (forklift, jackhammer) under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
