Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various construction duties.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up work areas.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job orders when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
