Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance (saw, hammer, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradesmen with material handling and basic tasks
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
