Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, hauling, and material handling.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and supply trucks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new construction techniques.
