Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders on diverse construction phases
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety compliance checks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and inventory supplies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic power tool operation proficiency (saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
