Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations
- Assist carpenters with material handling, framing, and concrete work
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Assist in equipment maintenance and daily site inspections
- Support crew leads in meeting project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Las Vegas valley
- Basic understanding of construction tools and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
