Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks (concrete, framing, demolition)
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Weekend availability (must work both Saturdays & Sundays)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background/drug screening
