Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in digging, leveling, and clearing the construction site efficiently.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely under the guidance of foremen.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean job site and strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
- Support Trades: Assist electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with various on-site tasks.
- Inventory Management: Help track and manage tools and materials to prevent waste.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform strenuous physical labor.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
