Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywalling, painting, and general cleanup tasks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate power tools and machinery (e.g., forklifts, scissor lifts) safely under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Site Surveying: Help with basic measurements, marking areas, and preparing sites for concrete pouring.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for enthusiastic learners.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods outdoors.
- License: Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
