Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction sites and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks as needed.
- Ensure materials are stored securely and organized.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of safety practices is a plus but not required.
