Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Perform site cleanup and hazardous waste disposal per regulations
- Complete daily shift reports and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience or vocational training
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic blueprint reading ability
- Strong physical stamina and weekend availability
