Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and operating hand/power tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential overtime
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance for substance use
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
