Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, digging, and general cleanup under supervision.
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and equipment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment as directed by foremen.
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
