Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and prepare job sites daily
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
- Participate in emergency site maintenance and weather-related adjustments
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic construction knowledge or willingness to obtain certifications
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Background check and drug screen required
