Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Complete daily task reports and time sheets accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and overtime as needed.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
