We are currently seeking highly motivated Construction Laborers for our upcoming Weekend Shift projects in El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities
- Assist in general site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a hazard-free work zone.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- Strong adherence to safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
