Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials safely at the job site.
- Mix concrete, sand, gravel, and water to prepare construction materials.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris (5S compliance).
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the construction site.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
