Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Prepare work areas by gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for the job.
- Perform basic electrical tasks under supervision, such as terminating conduit, pulling wire, and mounting devices.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on every job site.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn the trade.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, and work in various environments (hot, cold, heights).
- Basic understanding of mathematics and ability to read blueprints is a plus but not required.
