Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up barriers
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
- Collaborate with crew to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic tool operation knowledge (hammers, saws, etc.)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Flexible availability for 8-hour weekend shifts
- Pass background/driving record check
- Strong work ethic and physical stamina
- Experience with construction sites preferred
