Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/un construction materials and transport to work zones
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters/masons with layout and installation
- Complete daily equipment inspections and safety reports
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor directives
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class D minimum)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Experience with concrete/masonry a plus
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
