Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Transport materials via wheelbarrows, carts, or forklifts (certified)
- Collaborate with team to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction tools and materials
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Milwaukee/IL
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Weekend availability mandatory (6 AM - 6 PM)
