Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform concrete work, demolition, and structural support tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in weekend-only project phases (Sat-Sun shifts)
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reports
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Experience with power tools or construction preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
