Job Overview
We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our crew to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks to support daily operations.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team attitude.
