Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with site prep
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools per safety protocols
- Maintain clean job sites and debris removal
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions
- Perform physical tasks (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Report hazards and maintain OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass background/drug screening
- Reliable transportation to sites
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Team player with strong work ethic
